Esmond Murray MCD, B.Arch (Hons) RIBA

The practice was established in 1991 by Esmond Murray after having been a director of McColl, Bristol. Prior to this he had been ten years as the architectural director of a multi-discipline design consultancy based in London and Bristol overseeing schemes in the UK and overseas.

As well as architectural and planning work Esmond also undertakes work in construction disputes as an Expert Witness.

Roger Baker RIBA

Roger has been associated with the practice for 14 years and has considerable architectural experience including conservation and historic buildings, quinquennial surveys and was for a number of years the design architect for a large 'design and build' contractor in Swindon.

Peter Buckler FRIBA

Peter had his own very successful practice in Bath for 25 years before joining forces with Esmond Murray Architects in 1996. Peter's considerable experience with Bath's historic buildings and his hospital and health work is often drawn upon in his capacity as a consultant to the practice.

Richard Williams-Lock, Senior Architectural Technician

The practice has been associated with a number of challenging housing projects in which Richard has taken a lead role using his considerable experience from working for major housing developers.

Ben Donadel, Assistant Architect

The practice has always been fortunate in having the fresh energy of an architectural student taking time out from his academic course. Ben is now in his third year with the practice and has developed into a significant member of our team.
